Customers who spent £20 or more on L’Oreal NYX professional make-up products at Superdrug could receive a £10 Deliveroo voucher by claiming at a bespoke cashback landing page built by savi.

On the NYX cashback page, customers could easily create claims, upload receipts, and confirm their details. It also managed email communications, keeping customers informed about their status, and generated the Deliveroo reward codes for successful claims.

This EGWP promotion is popular, attracting equal numbers of online and in-store purchases from shoppers. The majority of customers purchase at least 4 products and submit their claims on the same day, receiving their reward within six days. The success of this simple campaign has been repeated several times now by L’Oreal due to its simplicity and effectiveness in rewarding loyal Superdrug customers.
