Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means savi Client Survey 2025 prize draw. “savi” and “we/us/our” means NCH Marketing Services t/a savi. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to savi clients only who have been contacted and completed savi’s 2025 Client Survey, excluding employees of savi and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on Friday 8th August 2025 and closes at midnight on Friday 10th October 2025 (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Competition Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. A winner will be selected by random draw on 15th October 2025. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner, will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must complete the savi 2025 Client Survey survey, also providing their name and email address so that winners can be contacted.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted. One entry per entrant permitted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 The star prize is 1 x £100 Amazon e-Gift card. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferrable. All other valid entries will receive 1 x £5 Amazon e-Gift card.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value.
4.3 The winner(s) will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
4.4 Prizes will be delivered via email within 10 working days of the prize draw.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner
5.1 We are the data controller and will use your personal data only to administer the Prize Draw. All use of your personal data will be in accordance with the
General Data Protection Regulation and our privacy policy, which is available at www.saviuk.co.uk.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. We will deliver the prize to the email address submitted with the survey.
5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within seven (7) days the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new
prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Losing entries will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Competition and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
